Cowgirl Creamery captures the essence of West Marin, California with this pungent triple crème cheese. It's made from organic milk and is washed-rind, giving the exterior a sunset, red-orange tint. Red Hawk has a rich, smooth paste and sumptuous texture and is very aromatic. It won Best-In-Show at the American Cheese Society's Annual Conference in 2003 and a Gold Ribbon and 2nd Best-In-Show in 2009.
