This beautiful, chestnut-colored Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Vinegar from Pons has a rich and robust aroma with notes of honey, spices and dark red berries. Produced over time using the traditional solera system and aged in oak casks, this tangy, fruity, syrupy vinegar can be used for vinaigrettes, whisked into marinades for lamb, pork, beef or game, or to finish pan sauces. It is produced from Cabernet Sauvignon wines of Catalonia, Spain and is unfiltered. Some natural sediment may collect around the bottom which can be strained out or left in for extra intensity.
