Baldor Specialty Foods is located in Bronx, NY. We also have a second location in Chelsea, Massachusetts and a third location in Laurel, Maryland. We're a 21 year young food service company that specializes in the
distribution of produce and specialty food items. Our refrigerated warehouse is 140,000 square feet with an office space of 40,000 square feet. We operate 180 refrigerated trucks daily that travel from Bronx to Philadelphia and from the Bronx to Boston daily and all points in between.

Employees who work in the Transportation, Warehouse and Fresh Cut Departments
do not contribute towards the cost of health insurance. Baldor pays 100% of the cost! All employees who are Single do not contribute towards the cost of health insurance. Any employee who works in the Office and/or is a manager, VP and wants his/her spouse/child/family coverage will contribute a minimal monetary amount.

Category Specialist (Truffles)
Category Specialist that will specialize in the sales of truffles. This position will specialize in truffles and oversee the budgets to ensure growth within said category, educate and direct sales staff on product knowledge. The Category Specialist will assist customers when needed and assist sale staff with presentation to customers. The category specialist will have experience in the Food Industry, either as a chef, purchaser, or in food sales. Must be a self starter with the ability to prospect, follow up and close sales. High School or equivalent or degree in Culinary Arts required, Work schedule: Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday out of the month. Come work for an energetic, high paced, progressive workplace!
Truck Drivers Positions available for Baldor New York
Class “B” CDL is required. Must have at least two years of driver experience and a clean driving record. Knowledge of produce is a plus but not required. NO DWI’s. Submit your application along with the following documents; Copies of a valid NY CDL class A or B, DOT medical card a current drivers’ abstract (not older than 30 days). You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and drive a manual transmission. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday and holidays 3:30am to 12:00pm. We offer a competitive salary with great benefits!
Fresh Cuts Food Processor
Wash, peel and/or cut various vegetables and/or fruits. Prepare a variety of foods a
ccording to customers’ orders. Must be able to work in a cold environment (34 degree); must be able to stand for long hours (8 Hours min).
Knowledge of produce is a plus but not required; we will train. Work Schedule: Must be able to work a flexible schedule; Sunday to Thursday and some Fridays;
